Hi, I’m CJ the founder of the Thrive Tribe and Moksha Yoga NZ
I teach online yoga and meditation to everyday people, people just like you and just like me. You don’t need to be super bendy or to have all the latest gear and even better you don't have to leave home! In my online membership "the Thrive Tribe" you will use the practice of yoga to help you feel calm down, build strength and get more flexibility.
Those daily aches and pains will cease to bother you with regular practice and you will find you are to move easily to participate in the activities you love rather than being sidelined for fear of your body not keeping up. Functional movement is incorporated into each class, you won’t need to twist yourself inside out (if you don’t want to) but you will get stronger and more limber the more you practice.FIND OUT MORE

My style of yoga is a fusion of what I think to be all the good bits, delivered with a sense of humour and a genuine desire to help you be the best you can be both physically and mentally.
I love introducing the practice to those who have never experienced it. My style is down-to-earth and very relatable and in a world of models and ex-ballerinas teaching yoga, I pride myself on the fact that as a 40 something Mum of four Ican relate to the struggles you may be experiencing.
The whole aim of the game is to show you that yoga is the best form of exercise to keep you fit and well. We practice yoga, meditation, and breathwork in a way that anyone and everyone can enjoy and it definitely isn't too "hippy" or "woo woo". In the Thrive Tribe, there is unlimited access to a library of classes ranging from Restorative and Slow Flow through to the more powerful vinyasa classes.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced yogi you can find a class that's just right for you, allowing you to practise as much as you want all from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you feel like practising from.

After doing one of CJ’s Yoga for Runners stretches online I’m genuinely moving so much freer than normal and sitting at my desk pain free. I suffer with pain in my hips and so normally take a few hours to free up in the morning. That session was magic!
